Great work. Six months is 26 weeks so 1 pound a week wouldn't make you super fat and its clear that you were lifting in your before pics also. You did an awesome job so great work and as it says in the body building bible "Let he who is 8% bf cast the first the stone. Everyone else get the **** back to the gym and stop hating". Looking forward to seeing how the next six months treat you.

I believe its totally possible he does probably have better genetics than I but ive been at it about 9-10 months
went from 155 cut weight -185 bench
185 squat
225 dl
fast forward to today
I am 172 pounds bench 285-1rm 255x8
squat 315-1rm 285x5
DL 405-1rm 345x5
