I'll have to stop bulking wont I? I've been doing that "Simple Beginning" (or whatever it's called) workout which focuses on getting you bigger, so now what? I have gained a considerable amount of weight & strength, but still I need more (strength.)
I really need to boost up my lifts ASAP, mainly dem squats. Do I change my workout & diet? I have been doing 2 shakes a day, do I keep that up or what?
I know I sound like a total Noob, but I really need help & advice.
Thanks yall, reps.

Alright a few things you need to know, you don't HAVE to cut or gain weight, only reaso your coach would make you cut weight is if he has two studs in the same weight classes and wants one of them to change weight, if you're jv don't eve worry about weight, now for lifting and conditioning, don't even worry about cardio after lifting, you're gonna get like two hours worth of cardio in the wrestling room, if you want to get your lifts up fast and still wrestle you will have to adjust your diet man, this is a taxing sport, it takes dedication, work, blood, and sweat, wrestling is unlike ANY other sport bro, if you're gonna do it, you better be ready to endure more pain and agony than you've ever imagined. The lifts you REALLY need to focus on for wrestling are squat/deadlifts/hang cleans...why? Because in this sport a lot of hip/leg drive is required, a strong back is more than necessary, and cleans will help you with your explosive strength, if you need anything else PM me, I'd be happy to help
Best lifts: 165kg Squat / 142kg Bench / 220kg Deadlift / @ 83kg Weight Class
Current BW: 176.9
Goal BW: Around 166-168

Being bigger is usually a detriment if you're serious about wrestling. Your goal should be to be as lean as possible while being as strong as possible. Skill and conditioning will more often than not trump straight up strength, but skill comes with time and practice while you can get stronger and run on the side. You can cut down to 145, but from my experience the 152 class is less competitive.
