Boost natural test levels?

Iv heard that a healthy young male body naturally produces something like 200mg of test a week.
Is there anyway to boost this even more by adding various minerals to your diet ect.?

We're teenagers. We don't need to "boost natural test levels" because our body is rapidly producing it already. Just let your body run its course until you at least get out of your prime.
