Whats crackin everyone?
So I have been doing sheiko for the past 9-10 weeks and am loving it (2 meso's of 29 and currently on 31). I have seen 20-50 pound jumps in my 1 rm on my lifts depending on the lift. I was curious for those who have done sheiko if you have noticed any kind of hypertrophy gains from the program itself? With the big three plus any supplement work you add in with it I feel like the volume & frequency is the same or more then most traditional hypertrophy or bodybuilding splits but varies in rep scheme.
So far my weight over the past 8-9 weeks has gone between 223 to 221 to 221.75 (yesterdays weight). I have increased my macros/cals by 300 over this time period and still fluctuated as such and am currently at 255p/515c/70f.
Anyway was just curious what some people thought or felt.

You should take before and after body measurements to see if u r growing if that is a concern. I just finished my 3rd consecutive Sheiko cycle and made noticeable gains in my chest and legs, which given all the benching and squats is not a surprise. You can dig up all the details of my progress in my log if interested further.

Thanks guys for the replies.
Paul, when you say "getting use to" phat again what do you mean? Just the hypertrophy style training?
I've noticed hypertrophy in my quads and my chest which is sweet. Especially for my legs cause I got that tall man syndrome. Lol
Also, Paul did you post that article you wrote about getting into competitive bodybuilding? I saw you tweet about it and would love to read it.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep

Yes. After months of lifting everything in the 3-5 rep range and even sets of 1 or 2 I found higher rep work was very tough. I also found I had lost some size in my biceps, lats and areas that didn't get hit directly multiple times a week.
I did post it on Hubpages and it got picked up by Machine Muscle, here is the link. Thanks.

I guess BB.com blocks that URL, here is the hubpages URL.
