im starting Bulk today for real, and would LOVE if All of you guys would follow me here on bodyspace!
That would be a HUGE motivation Factor for me!

age: 20
Weight 94 kg or 207 lbs
Bf: 26%

Second pic:
Age: 20
Weight: 76 kg. or 167 lbs.
Bf: 11%

Anyway, that was Cut phase i am talking about..

as you see on my profile i have bulked a bit.. but im taking this serious from this day!

Stats today:
age: 21
weight: 82,7 kg or 182 lbs
bf: 13%

i will take 10 weeks bulk , and post Videos everyday!
