Had anyone used the supplement called knockout?

Regular diet, occasional cheat days of course and do HIIT and tabata workouts with kettlebell.

Their bottle looks really cool
but its a fat burner = sh!t
there is no magical supplement that will remove them fat handles, and their top ingredient is green tea...

Very cool packaging, usually when they spend that much time/money on packaging the actual product is very underdosed.

Honestly your best bet, first and foremost, is to focus on your diet more specifically. You're willing to spend what is probably top dollar on this fat burner, but your description of your diet is bottom shelf. "Occasional cheat days" is the quickest route to ruining the hard work you put into your diet, as they often go out of hand. I don't know how you are, but that's how they are for me, lol.

I'd stick with a more affordable product (that doesn't force you to buy 4 to make it affordable) and understand that they are only going to provide energy, appetite suppression, and mood enhancement.

Havent used it, but the bottle looks like a bottle of my Diesal cologne.

Side note...be sure your nutrition is dialed in before using a fat burner/thermo, otherwise youre basically wasting your money.
