Had anyone used the supplement called knockout?
Regular diet, occasional cheat days of course and do HIIT and tabata workouts with kettlebell.

Honestly your best bet, first and foremost, is to focus on your diet more specifically. You're willing to spend what is probably top dollar on this fat burner, but your description of your diet is bottom shelf. "Occasional cheat days" is the quickest route to ruining the hard work you put into your diet, as they often go out of hand. I don't know how you are, but that's how they are for me, lol.
I'd stick with a more affordable product (that doesn't force you to buy 4 to make it affordable) and understand that they are only going to provide energy, appetite suppression, and mood enhancement.Picking things up and putting them down since '09
