Best Time to Take Animal-Pak MultiVitamins?
I just switched from GNC Mega-Man sport to Animal-Pak.
I wake up every morning at 7AM and do not start my workouts until 630PM at night. What time should I take my Animal-Pak multivitamin to get the best results/benefits.
I took mine this morning as soon as I got out of bed but want to make sure there is not a better time such as before my workouts. Please advise I'll happily give reps to whomever can explain this to me.

Is the Animal Pak slow release like the GNC Mega Men? I take mine in the mornings, but sometimes on workout days I take it a few hours before my workout. I dont notice a difference regardless tho.

Take a pack in the morning and if your training is intense, you can take another 45 min. before your workout.

Pak has time-released components. There really is not "single" best time... Most take it with breakfast. You can consider taking it lunch though, or even dinner... Welcome aboard to the Animal family.

It's a time-released multi.

I would take Animal Pak closer to your workout time probably around an hour before. If you take a multi that early your body will pass many of the water soluble vitamins thorughout the day before you get into the gym.

I think I may be losing some of the benefits of the Animal-pak by taking it so early in the day. Perhaps I should take my GNC Mega's in the morning and then Anmila-Pak an hour before my workouts?
I was also considering waking up at 430AM and hitting the gym at 5AM so then I could just take them in the morning.

5:00 a.m. is the time that I workout...I usually take Animal Pump as soon as I wake up and then wait until about an hour after my midmorning snack (10 a.m. ish) to take my Animal Pak. I found that if I take it with nothing else in my system that I seem to not have the heavy yellow pee that I would get otherwise.

i always take my animal pak 30 min after my meal before a work out...i work out around 10:30am so i take my pak around 9:00am 30min after my breakfast...i like it like this so my body is flooded with nutrients during my workout...but as always everyone prefers diff. things....do whatever you prefer yourself

Multivitamins should preferably be taken in the morning with breakfast and another with your post workout meal, but with the animal pack it doesn't seem to matter, bc our bodies are unable to digest hard glue pressed and wax coated pills, like the animal pack. Butwhat would make a difference is, chewing them, cutting them up or crushing them.
Good luck!
