Hey guys, ive been lifting seriously for about two years. Im thinking about entering a mens physique contest in the upcoming spring. Two years ago i was 199 lbs and went down to 148. Decided i was too skinny and need to add some mass. Im currently doing a clean bulk hoping to get around 175 lbs, then cut down again in Janauary for the show. What do you guys think? I know i have weak areas and ive been working hard on them (legs, lats, lower back etc) . Ive been growing and im loving this so far, cant wait to cut down again after i gain some weight!
You are aware that your lats and lower back are lacking which is good that you have picked up on that, if you get them up with the rest of your body you will be looking pretty shredded.
