Hi all,
Thought I might share my story. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. In February earlier this year, 2012, I decided it was finally time to do something about it. I was 426 pounds and absolutely miserable. Since then, I've done a lot of research on nutrition and exercise, started an account here and have got some amazing support. I'm down 153 pounds so far and have some big goals for when I get the weight off. I'd eventually like to build some muscle and just see what happens. Who knows... kinda feel like the sky's the limit right now.

Awesome job on the weightloss OP! Yes, I left the sky was the limit as well when I lost all my weight. Just keep working at it!
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Hello Rick, First of all, you are doing an unbelievable job. I saw you over on ******** with Eli a couple of days ago. Congrats on the finishing the 5K race. You are correct that the sky is the limit. Keep going and never look back.
