Hi all,
Thought I might share my story. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. In February earlier this year, 2012, I decided it was finally time to do something about it. I was 426 pounds and absolutely miserable. Since then, I've done a lot of research on nutrition and exercise, started an account here and have got some amazing support. I'm down 153 pounds so far and have some big goals for when I get the weight off. I'd eventually like to build some muscle and just see what happens. Who knows... kinda feel like the sky's the limit right now.
