Please refrain from entering and claiming 'cell tech' with no prior knowledge of proper calisthenics. There are numerous reliable sources of info I have posted throughout the thread. Don't be so naive. If you are interested in starting, this is a great article by JASON FERRUGIA. He knows his sh*t.

Sommer: Gymnastics training does indeed build incredible strength. For example, I was not a particularly strong gymnast, yet I was able to do a double bodyweight deadlift and weighted chins with almost 50% extra bodyweight on my very first weight training attempts.
One of my student’s, JJ Gregory, far exceeded my own modest accomplishments. On his first day of high school weight lifting, JJ pulled a nearly triple bodyweight deadlift with 400 pounds at a bodyweight of 135 and about 5’3" in height. On another day, he also did an easy weighted chin with 75 pounds, and certainly looked as though he could've done quite a bit more. We’ll never know for sure because the cheap belt I was using at the time snapped.

According to this: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...interview.html, his exercise routine on legs is as follows: "For legs I do extreme routine NO WEIGHTS (run up and down 136 stairs for 3 sets, 50 single leg calf raises between 5 steps, 10 sets of 50 natural squats just bodyweight) I live by a 4 D system. The 4 D’s are: DRIVE, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE and DETERMINATION."
While you apparently can build mass like that, I think a faster way is through just doing squats and weighted leg exercises. Upper body movements can be scaled so that you can barely push out 8,5 or even 3 or single reps, but leg movements are much harder to scale in the same way.

^I understand what you've written but my question is, are these guys actually stronger or do they have more conditioned muscle than your average lifter.
I can't do a single muscle up since I don't know the technique but would I be able to do as many as let's say some of these guys with the same muscle mass?

I think you have misunderstood my point in this thread. You can.
There is ALWAYS advanced exercises. Do you think when you can do superman dips (basically horizontal) you wont have a big chest/delts?
Do you think when you can do one arm chin ups you wont have big biceps?
Believe me. Read up on Jason Ferrugia. Well respect knowledge in fitness business. Even he states not to underestimate pushups.

Sad thing is these guys are in 100x better shape then the average body builder just from the cardio aspect. (somewhat srs)
"Come over here, then," I said. He responded with, "You come over here.'I didn't hesitate. I got up and walked over to the foot of his bed.
