Exclamation Absolutely no appetite, feel extremely full 6 hours after a meal, help!

On Tuesday morning I was bad and had a mcgriddle because I was craving it and had been eating clean for so long. That night, I was running a slight fever out of nowhere that went away the next morning. Ever since that morning though, I have been having really bad acid reflux after eating and feeling extremely full for hours after eating barely anything. For example, today I made some tacos (97% lean) at 2pm and it is now almost 9pm and I am STILL feeling extremely full and am still burping from it (sorry for being gross). Should I see a doctor? I really don't want to lose any weight, I do not know what is wrong with me.

How many calories are you eating a day? Do you know your fat intake? Do you know your protein intake?

I try to get AT LEAST 3,000 calories a day along with at least 200g of protein, but it has been a strugle to eat lately. I am not sure of my fat intake, but I eat pretty clean. Since tuesday I probably have not even eaten 1500 calories a day, I don't know what is wrong with me.

You should count your fat intake and eat foods you enjoy...there's no clean or dirty foods

By clean I meant grilled chicken vs. fried chicken etc.. I think for a few days I am just going to eat whatever just to get the calories in because I am REALLY losing calorie intake.

Dont completely cut fats. They aren't bad like people say. You need them to function. You might know this, but it kind of sounds like your trying to go "low fat". Just try to get a variety of fats, like from meats, fish, nuts and vegetables.

Perhaps you should see your Dr. You could have nothing more than acid reflux or some other GI issue. Stomach ulcers can behave this way, at least for me.
