I been lifting on and off for a while but only recently started doing it seriously.
I am on my bulk now and trying to gain weight, therefore I am eating more then my body is used to and it seems to be working out well for me.
Only problem I am having is that my stomach seems to take in the most fat and is growing fast.
Any tips on how to loose the extra stomach fat while still bulking and gaining weight?

Gaining "weight" should probably not be your goal. 4000 calories, unless you are very active, is likely going to cause you to gain more fat than muscle. That said, a small amount of fat gain is normal and expected.
