Hi everyone, I just joined earlier today.
3 months ago, I had a beer belly, with virtually no or rather flat chest. I looked like a 10 years old girl with beer belly.
I've been working out for 3 months lightly. 2-6 times a week (on average probably 3.5 times a week) average 1 hour each time.
My routines are bits and pieces that I've picked up on the internet, mainly abs and arms and chest routines.
Don't have an old pic, but this is how i look now:
Edit: it's in my profile/bodyspace section as the "before picture". Well as it's before I joined this site, and looking for better routines.
I know it isn't much, but I guess I'm on the right track?
I'm aiming to be ripped with clear abs.
