Nutella doesn't release it's fat removal properties unless used in conjunction with white enriched flour and sugar.

Anybody have experience using kettle bells?

Can't seem to make myself eat much today...only @ 1100 calories and not hungry at all. Been doing some random static holds on pushup handles and sets of pushups throughout the day. Can hold my body off the ground a few seconds before having to drop. Wrists are weak, the right one clicks. Had a basketball coach tell me once that my wrists are too flexible. Hoping to build up the joint and tendons there and work towards a planche.

There's this place in downtown Philadelphia that makes a breakfast sandwich called The Nutty Muffin.

Toasted English muffins (in butter, of course) with peanut butter, Nutella, banana, sliced hazelnut, and cinnamon sugar. Oh my god. Heavenly.

I think we have the same exact thing here, but called "Natural Ice". Nasty

EDIT: nvm, no way natural ice is 6%. Maybe is comparable to 211

I used to drink 211 because I was young, broke, and wanted to get the most for the least amount possible. Even if broke I refuse to drink it now....pretty much like a Mickey's.

Do you like wheat beer? There is a kind that has a tangerine hint and is from Belgium...tastes amazing. Can't remember the name but is my favorite beer while in NC. Hefewiezen is my favorite overall...German wheat beer mmmmm. Smooth and amazing after taste. Two bottles feels like an American 6 pack.

When no one was looking, Lex Luthor
took forty cakes. He took 40 cakes.
That’s as many as _____ tens.

how many tens of cakes did Luthor take?

Absolutely love Hefeweizens. There are a lot of good, microbreweries in the States that make pretty awesome beer, but they're not too well known.

After a two day long workathon, a bunch of us went to this bar in Chicago -- they had the last 6 or 7 cases of this Scottish ale called Robert the Bruce, and about 15 of us finished off every last beer in the house. Pretty malty, and absolutely delightful.

I'm using a two generation old Android phone on video camera mode from 15 feet away in a dim room. I think it was pretty good considering the circumstances.

Edit: Lmao if I had one of them flashy new Windows 8 phones you'd see 50 pictures a day. : DDDDDD

Nice, you have good taste . Someone else told me about the microbreweries too and said that there are some specialty shops that carry good hefeweizen. You're in a great area to enjoy that type of thing....am jealous. Brb, grabbing bud light lime and pretending it's hefeweizen

I've pretended ice cold Splenda water was a vanilla protein shake. It worked for a few sips.

Well I don't have personal experience so I'll just mention what I've been reading....

'The weights were long used in Russia, where they originated, so the story goes, as a farming weight. When Russian bodybuilder Pavel Tsatsouline began attributing his success to his kettlebell training, the sport took off in the U.S. and other countries.

While kettlebells are not quite mainstream, the American Kettlebell Club estimates that more than 100,000 people are exercising with them. Many claim it takes weight and inches off faster than any other workout they’ve tried.

Other benefits, according to Alton, are that kettlebells:

Provide a quick workout - 30 minutes or less - that targets all your major muscle groups.
Increase core stability. Serious exercisers understand the importance of increasing the stability of one’s core, especially the abdominal and back muscles. But it’s hard to work the entire core, including the obliques, abdominals, and adductors, in one workout.
Let you combine cardio and strength training. The kettlebell workout involves a circuit that gets your heart pumping while it strengthens muscles.
Simplify your workout. Instead of having to use several machines or several weights to work all your muscle groups, you do it with one kettlebell.
Save money. Once you are properly trained, you can workout at home on weights that you can buy for less than $100. One type of 10-pound kettlebell, for instance, costs about $70.'

I'm also reading this amazing book by Pavel Tsatsouline where he teaches you Soviet kettebell techniques that were used to build soldiers / police that were insanely strong. Pretty interesting . He further breaks down the benefits and provides studies...many show that using kettlebells gave them gains in other areas that weren't trained in at all like running, jumping, and sprinting.

What are all of your goals?
    Pushing exercises develop stronger wrists
If you can't do a push-up position plank for very long, maybe try machine push exercises or a lift bench press (free weight).

Kettle bells are very versatile. You can do traditional exercises or some more complex things that work your whole body. One move that I like to show people is the "kettle bell swing".

Just got back from the gym -- All Pro's 90% day. Was supposed to do 100% since I took a two day break, but I was just too exhausted after a long flight that it would have been a disaster.

Anyway, workout went well. Even met my protein goals for the day. Woohoo!

Have an interview tomorrow -- I thought it was at 11:30 AM, but turns out it's at 2:30 PM instead (turns out the person who sent the invite was in the West Coast). Woohoo! I get to sleep in. And then, hopefully, spend some time prepping.

There's a particular beer sold here in the US that's a good hefe, can't remember the name of it though. That said, most blonde ales come pretty close.
