I walked into a Planet Fitness today. The lady looked at me, said "we don't cater to Bodybuilders or powerlifters, our dumbbells go to 75 pounds and we don't have any benches or squat racks.

If you mean the photo then no. There is only 1 week and 9lbs of water weight between those two I think.

Agreed
Actually thought about it, but my g/f goes there (cheap place to do cardio) and I didn't want to get her kicked for being in a relationship with someone they don't cater to lol
Yes, I am. I've decided if I add an inch to my arms It should go away. What is the best way to get 1" of Lean mass on my arms as quickly as possible?
I should. Expecially since it's a "judgment free zone"

I don't really understand why everyone is scared to bulk. Yes, you will add fat, but you can get rid of it easy. Quit being scary! My man used to be 150lbs (6'1) in highschool, dirty bulked + lifted hard for a few years, got up to 250, started cutting and doing the diet thing with me...now he's 225ish and looks like a linebacker. He had no problem cutting on paleo / keto and often did not meet calorie reqs because he wasn't hungry. He got down to 225 in 3 months. Now he doesn't have much fat and lookes very athletic / aesthetic. He's also pretty damn strong... warms up with 225 x 20! He told me his max was 375...but I watched him press it three times back to back (without a spot even) so I'm sure it's higher. This is after being out of the gym for a year...

I had plenty of other Talenti flavors but it's nothing amazing that will blow your mind, it's just pretty good ice cream. "Gelato" for you nazis.
Sea Salt Caramel is the only one that really stands out to me.
