In the last LF comp, earthshieldlol won with a loss of 29.5 lbs. In the current LF comp, there are 2 people who have already (6 weeks) lost 23.5 lbs ... averaging almost 4 lbs per week. Cannot / do not want to keep up with that kind of pace.

Thanks bro. Gonna take a while to get everything replaced. Belt straps and knee wraps alone were $70, let alone my supps. I will wreck someone...

I feel the same way...at least there can be a winner for % lost as well...we're actually close to the top in that regard. I think we're 4th and 5th place?

Not to insult your intelligence but did you check at the front to see if someone turned it in on the off chance they thought it was left or were worried about someone stealing random bag sitting there?
Sometimes I see bags sitting that look valuable or that they might have valuables in them so ill pick them up and turn them in to an employee. Ive had people think I was trying to steal their **** but whatever I know my intentions were good.

Yep, only thing they had was a purse :-/

The belt I can just use one of the schools, but I need the knee wraps to be able to do legs still (knee is improving but without wraps I can't do much, knee moves too much :/) and I use the straps at end of workout when grip fails. Caulk here I come lol

You know ever since I've been the Champ people keep telling me you need to have a great YouTube account... Not being a big fan of the "Internets" I never saw the point. Then one day my sparring partner Knuckles Muldoon says to me, "Hey Champ let me show you my new computer - we can surf the web." I didn't have a clue what he was talking about so I say, "How do you do that?" Knuckles says, "Well, first you have to Log On with me." I says, "Pardon?" He says, "First you have to Log On with me." Well...I SNAP! I LOSE IT! I head fake him with the mouse, and the computer geek goes for it. Upper cut. Flurry to the solar plexus. Straight right to the jaw and he's out. He's seeing the blue screen of death. "How's that Knuckles, you idiot, you ultra-maroon. Is that, 'I want to Log On with you' enough for ya?" Ever since I've been the Champ.

Few months ago, a guy/gal couple walk into the gym, and head for the respective changing rooms as if they are regulars. Guy snags a gym bag and keys to somebodies car, so they find and take his car. I think the gal swiped some stuff from the women's locker room too.

Most people still don't use locks at my gym, myself included, but I notice the guy who had his car stolen does (he did get his car back, undamaged apparently).

Couple years back I got my gym bag stolen out of my truck. I was carrying in my groceries and left the door open thinking I'd come back out for my gym bag. But I forgot, so my door was open all night in my driveway and it was just too tempting for somebody. They left my GPS, oddly enough, and several hundred $ in tools. They got a crappy gym-bag, some sweaty socks and underwear, size nine cross-trainers, and a free BB.com squirt bottle. Made a mess of my glove box and center console.

I hope they were disappointed. I hope they got a handful of my sweaty underwear before they realized what it was.

    I am completely speechless.

I went years without using a lock until a few months ago. I came back into the locker room one day and found some guy looking through my stuff. When I confronted him, he pretended like he thought it was his locker by mistake. Went and got a cheap lock the next day.

Sorry to hear about that bull... some people are just scumbags!

I would've wrecked him, m8. I don't use a locker or change. My sweat doesn't stain or smell, and I live 1 minute from my house. I wear the same gym clothing(rotate threw a couple shirts). If I'm afraid of sweat, I guess I should just walk off a cliff

I've actually never been in one before. Hamam is what we call them. I don't think I'd like to go in one either..
