Do you think Josef is regretting posting his ask me anything thread? 99.9% of those questions would be answered if people read the damn stickies and followed the basics. Theres maybe what, 3-4 questions being asked hundreds and hundreds of times over lol. Why does everyone want to be spoon fed and think they are somehow different where things dont apply to them?

Damn son you make some tasty dishes. I'm more of a cookie cutter, easy to-do, minamilist eater/cooker. Fasted all day to enjoy my first big meal without any guilt on my maint. week. Thin pizza(was a dece size), fettucine(small serving box), 1 tub of Nestle Sundae chocolate brownie, and some proton shakes. Was left with 90 cals but decided to not go for it, have a massive family thing happening tomorrow and dinner is inevitable. I have no urge to binge so I won't be breaking my calorie-bank.

Woke up this morning...and knew today had to be a cheat day. Went to walmart and got some goodies. Found some dutch waffle caramel cookies omfg...haven't had them since I was in Netherlands and they are amaaaazing. For breakfast, am having an angus beef burger on deli buns, swiss cheese, ketchup, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and tatziki (Greek, cucumber sauce). Also am frying seasoned fries...and have an italian / spinach flat crusted pizza for later. Have been loosely counting macros / calories just to make sure I get enough protein and don't go over 1600...but not counting a damn thing today

So last night i was boxing, we got a new girl and i went EXTRA hard >: )
As soon as we stopped my back started feeling tight all of a sudden, it felt really good the entire time im guessing because all the blood pumping. This is the same spinal erector i injured squatting heavy. I had to do a lot of stretching this morning as it was REALLY tight, its such a scary feeling. Is there any way to prevent this like taking ibuprofen or anything? Im not directly working the back when im lifting, im using machines on pulling movements like rows which keep your torso stationary.
That feel when you have an actual 2 inches of total surface area you can punch on a girl since you cant hit them in the chest -__-

Good job, you've deserved it . Please, I beg that you do not develop a stitchbinge-eating disorder..
Guys I'm honestly confused as hell. I don't even lose weight this fast at 1800, but after a 2 day binge and now 3 days of maintenance, I'm at 189.6... This is almost the same weight I started at pre-binge on saturday, well actually it was a little lower.
My plan was to eat maintenance the whole week and see where my weight went so I can adjust my calories, but honestly I have no clue where my maintenance is now. I started on monday at 196.4 and now I'm at 189.6. I feel leaner, look a bit leaner too. inb4 massive musckel gainz in 3 days lmao. I even ate a lot of food last night right before bed.(in my 2700 calorie allowance)
These feels guys, I don't know how to hold them.
Edit: I'm positive I've lost all the water weight anyway. I can usually gauge if I'm losing/gaining weight by my 6th pack and the skin/fat around it at this weight(have fluctuated so much from binging I know how I look at what weight) and the skin on my love handles.
