like any of us give a fawk. I doubt any of us in here will judge you. we all started somewhere man. Just stay out of misc as because nearly every thread when someone gets insulted and has no argument they immediately call out the other user based on their stats/avi lol.

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I started Fat American Week one week early. In the past two weeks, I've gained 18 lbs Just been eating everything in sight and I disovered a meal between breakfast and brunch. I'm getting back on track today though, so I should shed some major water weight over the next few days.
Oh, and negs for the Baklava because I can't get it here

It's a craving tooth.
If I ate clean foods like I do when cutting on bulking, I'd have no problem with hunger whatsoever. I swear the ONLY (ONLY) reason (ONLY) Emphasis on ONLY reason I go over my 2300 calorie limit for lean bulking is cravings, not hunger.
My brain makes me think it's hunger but it's not. I couldn't put down 3 bites of chicken but when I think of cake I'm magically not hungry any more. Go figure.
Its okay guise, I'll learn my lesson when I'm 175 before I can blink one more time and I've put on 0 muscle.
Edit: Oh yeah, 169lbs with these baggy heavy arse jeans on that you see in the picture, shirt, socks, underwear, and food in stomach. Probably 165-166 normal weight.Last edited by moore93; 11-11-2012 at 12:00 PM.
