http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/lifestyl...or-into-vapor/
"A new kitchen gadget that turns the flavor of food into vapor, Le Whaf brings dessert to your taste buds without the calories.
Once a liquid is added and the carafe is tilted, a cloud of flavor vapor is generated using ultrasound waves. A special straw lets you sip the vapor cloud for a burst of flavor minus most calories or alcohol."US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS

The last 4 weeks have been like a 1900 calorie average... lollllllll Even this week was a fuked Monday/Tuesday and I finally got on it Wednesday-present.
This is straight bull shyt, I need to stop being a *******.
Next week is a solid deficit, every day, no bull shyt. I wasted 4 weeks of my time by cutting half-assed. I got all of the side effects from cutting and none of the benefits.

The only thing that matters is if you are lifting weights.
Surplus... deficit.. if you lifting you will look better every month.
Serious. 90% is weights and the the last 10% only matters when you when want to get like 10 BF% and then diet becomes 90%
The good thing is I know your going ham on that new bench you bought

The shooter in this most recent tragedy and his accomplice hold a special spot in hell's deepest level, however, the news reporters that incessantly cover this event (and even try to get the kids involved to share, on air, how they feel about it and what they saw) deserve a spot maybe one level up.
I fuarking HATE news, nowadays. I can't even stand it.
It's no better when they interrupt whatever I'm watcihng (see Krete's Pats game) so some snarky talking head can tell me what she thinks. No one gives a flying fuark what you think, lady. STFU.

Lawd...I hope not! Made it through Alaska so hopefully the weather won't impact me much.
Hell yea...can't wait to leave this place! Will be around the Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle area (Ft. Lewis).
How did you like it? I'm soooo excited to do the outdoor stuff! Kayaking and snowboarding for sure...been years since I've carved through some powder. Mt. Raineer looks beautiful...look forward to seeing it every morning

Didn't realize that you were living there too at one time...glad to hear you would go back! Have not heard anyone say anything bad about it other than that it rains often (not really bad since I love the rain). We're planning to work towards a sustainable lifestyle asap...heard there's lots of like-minded folk doing the same out there so that's exciting too. Already have the plans for a yurt and drawing up some for a cob home soon!

I lived in Port Angeles, which is located in some gorgeous scenery but has a poor economy and is a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle. The best thing PA had going for it was the ferry ride to Victoria, BC.
I take it you haven't lived in the PNW climate before. It does rain a lot, but it's more of a dreary light mist/drizzle than the heavy storms you get on the east coast. The way the clouds hang around and everything is wet and crappy for days and days during the winter is what gives that area a bad reputation for being rainy. Honestly, the summers there are fantastic. LONG days, the weather is great. No bugs, ever.
There is a big green movement up there, but also a lot of people that fake it. Lots of people that pretend to be outdoorsy by loading up on gear from REI and hauling it around in their Subaru wagon.
Great beer, friendly people. So much to do. I really like it up there. It's not perfect, I can name a whole list of things that annoyed me about living there, but I can name just as long a list of things that annoy me about living here, so there you go.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS
