There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I missed the part where she stripped? She had more clothes than men that paint themselves black at at bodybuilding shows.
All I'm saying is a sloot is a sloot no matter what she is wearing but that chick has crazy strength.. more dedication training than most of us.. and probably more LBM than Slurp.

Cleaned out the fridge this morning. Opened up a large, opaque tupperware container that I thought I had rice in to dump it out. Instead it had at least two large servings of stuffing, mashed potatoes/gravy, and string-bean casserole leftovers from Thanksgiving. The travesty! If I'd only have known.

good gym workout today. hit my back good, chest good, arms and what not.
ended up playing some basketball upstairs with the regulars.there was about 20 of em up there...
i made a funny observation; I was definitely the oldest guy in there. everyone was between 17-22 I'm guessing..maybe a 23 or 24 but no older. guess i'm doing it right. wonder why no older guys are in there like myself.
regardless, i can run with the best of em. brb 9.5 minute mile n a half @ 29y/o (im not a runner so this is good for me!!)www.grazethesky.com

Genuine question here. This was the first week when I hadn't worked out all week, and the first time I saw myself with no pump at all and off creatine. Honestly, I was a little disappointed because I've been working out consistently for almost a year, and the results were underwhelming at best.
I just seem to have no muscle mass whatsoever, and this is despite lifting pretty consistently. I get my protein in right, and while my lifts are improving, I do push myself. In the recent past, my lifts have increased more than they have before, mostly thanks to advice from the folks here. I do whole body compounds, hit my macros, and eat at a surplus.
To give some background, I did P90X from March through August, and started All Pro's in September. Did AP's at maintenance in September and October, and been on a bulk since about mid October. I mean, I've improved since March, but not significantly so.
So, what could I be doing wrong? Should I just give myself more time? Any pointers would be great, especially since I've been busting my ass at the gym for a long time now and I guess I expected something more.
