I have to work it in to fit the days I can make it to the gym too though, cause I like to have at least 1 heavy day. My training schedule is so varied, and my work schedule is even worse. And I have to run outside every time I can when the weather cooperates. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to what I do. It sucks, but it's the way it is.

Hell yea, and thanks Bull...I started at 198lbs officially on bb.com but am sure I was 200lbs+ a couple times. Refused to weight myself often so I wouldn't feel too bad lol.
Thank you and you're right about that...was almost afraid I was going to go back to fatty ways again!

Daaaamn....looks so good! Going to have to take Hydroxycut immediately to suppress appetite after seeing those pics. The Royal Dansk tin on the top is my favorite store bought cookies lol. Good idea to keep the tins. Wife is lucky!! Oh and what type of bread is that by the cookies?
Thanks, same to you! Now, time to take my place back in the comp thread

If you mean the top left ones, that's the "Brown sticks" wife's favorite. Ran out of tins so have to get some new ones, made 3 tins of diffrent cookies each to everyone in the family last year and never got the tins back
Yup wife is lucky to find a man that knows to bake! She actually had to bring some cookies with her to work today because none of the men there thought a man could bake something good

Gen Pop quote of the week....
"compared to regular cutting you can consume a lot more cals and feed your muscles a lot more while burning weight because you are fasting 16-20hrs a day."
That just happened.

Attached the one I was talking about...think the brown sticks are a little left of it?
It is def rare to find a man that can bake well...that is always majorly impressive. I'm kind of glad my man can't cook in a way though because I'd probably be having to work down from 113kg haha!

Seems like if somebody is actually experiencing this, then it has some good info.
It will not apply to 99% of the people in here and will probably confuse a lot of folks. I can see 'diet breaks' happening when they just need to tighten up their cal tracking.
Edit: i wish i could retract my 'stick this' post.
