Bulking is painful. I took half the roof of my mouth off with a scalding hot slice of pizza about 3 hours ago, and just now repeated the same mistake with a potato wedge straight out of the oven.

Less than 30 seconds rest. Entire 120 sets took 1hr 55min including pee break. Had to drop weight on I think 2 exercises. Everything else I either failed on my last rep, or was within 1 or two of failure, max. 1300 calories burned with an average HR of 120 (wore HR monitor).
Now I'm starving and shaking.
Dat SuperPump/SizeOn stack tho. My god.1175 @172

Been thinking about what to get when I get a house next year as far as home gym equipment. Thinking about this \
and squat stand so I can do squats/Flat bench. If you haven't ever seen this thing, it's got pins to adjust so you can do basically every hammerstrength movement but in one simple machine.

Kettle bell made a bish out of me today. I know some of yall think it's not a respectable workout, but the only time I've felt so winded is when I was doing HIT with a jump rope. My left butt cheek is twitching...not even joking lol...
