I know this is random but thought of something...maybe one of the reasons that people are having to use the restroom so much w/ creatine is because the increase in water intake tends to also increase frequency on intake (and thus outtake). When I first used to take creatine, I slowly drank water all throughout the day and was constantly having the use the bathroom. Lately, I've been drinking as much water as possible at one time. I'll chug a half liter, wait a few hours and chug another. End up with around 4 liters everyday, don't have to use the bathroom constantly, and might wake up once in the middle of the night. Mouth is never dry, but as a habit, I rinse out my mouth / teeth every time I wash my hands. Also, I've been taking care to not drink water while eating. I don't know how factual it is, but have been reading several places that you dilute the acids in your stomach when you drink with a meal and make digestion take longer.

On another note...am happy as hell that I lost Thanksgiving weight during creatine loading phase. Was not expecting that. Feel new motivation to keep going. Today is first day of 5g a day.

Been reading 'A Guide to Flexible Dieting' over the past two days and it has me really considering changing my diet. I know it might seem I change my mind a lot, but it's because I'm constantly trying to perfect my plan / body. Not to mention...am really beginning to miss rice, bread, and oatmeal. Been also looking at some articles against the paleo / primal / keto diets and am willing to reconsider my stance. Funny thing is that I looked over the calculating macros and calories guide and figured out macros for 1550 calories... would still be eating less than 100g carbs a day because the rest of calories would be going to adequate fat and protein (around 70g and 130g respectively). Not sure what I'm going to do yet, but might be looking to put some carbs back into my life soon.

I must be doing IF wrong , guess 16 hours fast aint enough since I get 3-4 days of doms when I ramp up leg day with more weights. Teach me the magic please!

You must not have your eating window right. If you get the right eating window you will be visited by the IF just before you break your fast. She will remove 0.5lbs of fat and give you a DOMS relieving massage.

This tank is a 300 dollar bench used... The damn thing weighs like 200 pounds.

Would buy just because it's 20 dollars. Not IDEAL for squatting, but it's something. Could also weld some safety bars and legs later on. I have an uncle that is a welder.

I could also use it for incline/decline bench, I'd just have to buy an adjustable bench. Then I'd basically have all I need to ever have period.

My first bench probably cost more, was flimsy as all hell, and had bar supports so close together that you had to load/unload the bar with serious care.

OTOH, my bench had a rickity and entirely useless leg-extension/leg-curl adapter, which your lacks. You are going to get that bro-physique.

Sup brahs? Just got back from my course. This guy is really starting to annoy me. It's fine to show interest in a girl, but when it's not returned I think you should stop trying you know what I'm saying? But he just keeps going. Keeps staring at me in class, when my eyes cross him his eyes light up, widen, like he's excited that I am looking at his direction and it looks like he's thinking "Look at me!! Do you like me?? Please like me!!! Please make me feel like a cool dude" like so insecure and like he needs so much external validation from me, so clingy, it's so annoying and super distracting in class when he's looking at me like that while I'm trying to focus 100% on what the teacher is saying cos we get a lot of important information crammed in a short amount of time and it's important I can focus on the class right. Every chance he has he walks upto me and talks with me even when I deliberately place my seat all the way away from him, even though I deliberately don't sit anywhere near him during lunch and talk with other people or just sit alone (I prefer being alone over with him), even though I deliberately try to ignore his presence and look over him or past him but never at him, even though I never smile, he keeps doign that clingy thing where he keeps looking at me for attention and validation IN CLASS while the teacher is explaining important stuff that I need to understand and remember! Soooo annoying. Why can't some guys take a hint and stop staring clingily and needily at a girl who's just trying to follow class and learn new things, maybe meet new friends, and if a guy hits on me that's fine, just as long as he stops if it's not returned. He keeps saying things like "He thinks I'm a sweet quiet good girl" blah blah blah. But does he not see that this sweet girl also has 0 interest in him? Jeeez just because I'm soft-spoken and nice to everyone, doesn't mean I'm interested in dating a clingy insecure pussy who also severely lacks intelligence.

Thankfully I managed to avoid him the entire day at class, I made teams with other people fast so I didn't have to team wtih him. I already made teams for next weeks so I can tell him "I'm already teaming wtih X" so I don't have to team with him when he asks. But then after class I stepped out with a nice girl and cool guy, and all of a sudden he tagged along and I couldn't avoid talking wtih him anymore. He's sooooo annoying. He keeps saying things like "this is attractive, this is not attractive" "you should do this, you should not do this". He's not my bf so I'm not interested in what he finds attractive tbh I wish he'd shut up.

Because I can't say that I need to be professional about it and just ignore and give polite short answers and try to avoid contact, hope he gets the message. When you tell someone like that, who keeps going even when it's clear the other party isn't interested (everybody else seems to notice I don't like him, so I'm sure he noticed as well, but he still keeps at it), straight up " I don't like you" their ego gets hurt, they start making drama and make you look like a bitch.
