How close your knees get to your chest depends on the angle of the chair though.

It's probably cos she looked like a cardio bunny, if there was some ripped person doing it and it didn't look totally effortless I'd think they just designed a new cool exercise maybe. :P
Start stretching. I should stretch more too... I'm gonna do it every night before going to bed from now on.

The Roku would have been fine. The Netflix app part of the cheap blu ray player I bought seems to work flawlessly, and it actually plays disks so far just fine, it's just hit or miss when DLNA streaming or playing via USB. And when it fails, it requires an unplugging.

If I'm 25grams of protein too low today and I eat 25 grams more than needed tomorrow does it matter?
I want to get take out soup that will probably use up all of my remaining calories after my workout today but will not provide enough protein before hitting my calorie limit.
My goal is maintaining LBM during this cut, maybe add, if possible.Last edited by justanothagirl; 12-06-2012 at 08:58 AM.

There is not going to be any data or even real experience-type evidence because that's not how muscle-loss works or is actually realized. And nobody really knows how much protein you need, and you didn't say what you are eating and the context (e.g. dieting or not).
It probably doesn't matter.
Transgressions are best kept infrequent, though, and IMO it's best not to worry about compensating at a later date (overall calories maybe an occasional exception). If you start the I-Can-Always-Make-This-Up-Later thing, it can snowball.

I have a Samsung TV that has a Netflix app built in. No external devices required.
I personally think it's fine to make up your protein later, although I wouldn't even obsess about doing that. Missing your macros occasionally will likely have no measurable impact.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS

1400 calories cutting/dieting.
True true, but because I'm not feeling super well I really want to have a nice warm soup to make me feel better, I think it will help. I'll just drink an extra shake tomorrow morning and have a few less carbs.
Thank you.

The Xbox was actually an awesome, if noisy, DLNA streamer. Both the X-box and the server were connected wirelessly, yet they always connected just fine, and fast, and if the media was a compatible file type it would always play it without a hitch. This Toshiba thingie doesn't like really big files, local or streamed, and seems to have a narrower range of acceptable file types.
I have my share of Itunes video that I purchased in the past, but that was before I ascended to being the righteous pillar of goodness that I am now. It sucks that I can't play them on anything but the one PC that I keep Itunes on now (for ipod shuffle management), but it's not like I need to watch the entirety of Lost or Prison Break again.

Man I'm really pissed. I texted my roommate not to smoke inside last night cos he keeps smoking and now I can smell he just smoked again. I don't feel like going to his door and screaming cos he always pretends he doesn't hear but I'll talk to him when I see him. The heck is wrong with this guy. He never cleans his weekly tasks either. I always come after him in the rotation so then I have to clean 2 weeks of grossness.

This is what my mom listens to. Motown for the most part, 80's at the latest (well, AC-DC too).
Used to annoy the crap out of me, because I was death metal and hardcore exclusively. I actually like it now, beats the hell out of the contemporary country my sister listens to.
Edit: The Pips in the second video freaking RULE.
Edit2: White people dancing in the last video ftw. Not saying I could do better. But I know when not to try.Last edited by csb5731; 12-06-2012 at 09:35 AM.

Your mom has good taste
My mom is probably from a little bit younger of a generation...I grew up with stuff like this:
It used to embarrass me because she'd pick me up from school, blastin' that music in her minivan...black woman with a huuuge reddish afro dancin' in her seat holding the steering wheel. Everybody starin...imagine her doing that in Germany lol. I love that music now though.

Creating Pandora stations from this now. I dig it.
I would say that maybe only 2-3 people I know are aware that I am a metalhead. When other people are around I listen to a lot of James Brown and other funk. A lot of electronica and classic rock like Wishbone Ash
I also listen to a lot of white boy reggae like Rebelution and Iration.
