    Just do it.

Will your pipe-laying frequency increase? Probably not, but it probably won't be hindered.

But not having to worry about helmet/hat-hair, nappy-hair, sh*t like gel and mousse, well, is awesome.

And it will grow back soon enough, if you let it. Hippie.

By asking the question, you at least have the ability to confront any shortfalls they may see rather than leaving without it being addressed and them throwing your resume aside as a result.

Thanks, guys. The place is said to be pretty... bat**** crazy with an unconventional interview style but fun. I have heard interesting things about them.

Anyway, a phone interview today followed by a trip out to Connecticut next week. Should be epic.

I'm worrying so much lately that I don't have much LBM. I don't really want to go below 210lbs because of football, but I'm worrying I'm just going to look bad at that weight. Don't get me wrong, I know it will be a big improvement from when I was 280lbs but I don't want to make all that progress and still look bad. Don't know what to do I guess for now, just keep pushing for 210lbs and cross that bridge when I come to it.

Man, I love the low-fat versions of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Unbelievable difference in taste and satiety, and very little difference as far as macros are concerned.

Honestly, I thought I would look bad at a lower weight, and got there, and realized that I still hadn't gotten to my goal. So, I kept going until I reached a point where I had little muscle mass, and started a lean bulk. I am glad I did, and I am glad I did not bulk earlier (as tempted as I was).

I do not know how your body is, but the first things to go were the outline of any abs that I had, and I have started packing on some fat around my midsection and lower back. I'd imagine it would be much worse if I'd started my bulk earlier. Even so, I feel that I should have lost some more weight before starting this bulk.

But then, I come from a place where I'm fat-phobic, so I'd rather be a little skinny than fat. YMMV.

Went to the store last night, fresh boneless/skinless chicken breasts $2.99 a pound....but buy one get one free, so ~$1.50 a pound. Score!!

I would like to thank whatever former confederate state that made this possible, cause local chicken breasts runs more like $6-7, and here's hoping that they were injected with extra sterons.

What?! Damn, even I could afford to buy chicken breast at that price. I'll go back to eating my minced meat now.

    Mmmmmm chicken...

    Calories: 690, Fat: 28g, Carbs: 17g, Protein: 92g

Put some chili powder on the broccoli, drizzled w/ olive oil and tossed in garlic and sea salt, topped with cheddar cheese...good as hell. Chicken is seasoned with an italian marinade. Eating 180g of protein has been a struggle so far though. Also, not meeting calories most days . No appetite.

I wasn't serious about the waaambulance, just that you should be grateful that at 6'3" you don't have a 68" wingspan. Because it would look funny.

Man, I love the low-fat versions of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Unbelievable difference in taste and satiety, and very little difference as far as macros are concerned.
No thanks Rick. I don't think I can ever go back to 0% after having 1%. I might even try going as high as 3%. The smooth and buttery flavour is just awesome.

All I have ever had is fat free greek yogurt. I've been recently wondering about the higher fat versions as I generally don't get enough fat in unless I house a crap ton of whole eggs for dinner. hmmm

Full-fat greek yogurt is absolutely, positively, stupifyingly delicious. If you need some fat in your diet, give it a shot.

Well, you could always use peanut butter with your GY. Higher fat dairy products are just amazing to me. Truthfully I've never tried GY. But all other dairy products with higher fat % are legit.

i was a no fat greek yogurt and cottage cheese person until i tried the higher fat versions, its a night and day difference as far as flavor goes. However i think that the lower fat stuff has more satiety despite no fat.
