One thing I learned taking apart apple products... the ribbons are extremely brittle and tear if you breath on them.

It's the reason I have an ancient iPod touch 1G that has no music jack, no wifi antenna, and no backlight. The backlight was because I washed and dried it with my clothes though.

It still worked after a wash and dry but I took it apart to dry it out, there was SO much water in there not even rice would dehydrate it. It was still on in the dryer and worked even through that mess but the water was fukin with the screen and I think it eventually broke the backlight. Broke the damn music jack and wifi ribbons trying to dry it out. Clumsy moore.

Man cutting sucks. I'm not used to not eating when I want to. But I really have to start my cut today, I've already postponed it a month. I have 200 calories left today, needs to be all protein to hit my protein intake.

So I'm not going to eat now, even if I want to. Time to strip the fat and bring those muscles out. :P

I lift in running shoes (cos I do lots of running/cardio in my workouts too) but I got these yesterday http://www.karmaloop.com/product/The...Glitter/242023 (with a 20% off coupon), cute right? I was looking for a pair like that to wear casually, and I'm digging the sparkles/sequins/glittery/golden stuff lately. :P

I don't like the white in the front of converse shoes, makes them look more like something teenagers wear. I have a pair of them that go upto my ankles but it's completely white so it's not that noticeable
