Honestly, I think you could answer that question better than us.
Personally, if I need an energy boost, coffee or caffeine pills work as well as anything I've tried (and as I drink/enjoy lots of coffee as is, probably not a good idea to take more caffeine). And if I want creatine, I'll just take some German creatine mono. I don't really get the point of so-called "pump enhancers"/NO3 products.
If your really need all these things, in the convenience of a single product, maybe it's for you.

Just told someone I'm taking creatine, he told me to cycle, I asked why, awaiting response.
Edit: Apparently it "works better from articles ive read". I was hoping for a more entertaining answerR.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

I don't know I've never used a pre-workout before, I might just have to give it a try and see what it does for me? The creatine won't make me look bloated or bad right? Caffeine doesn't really give me much of an energy boost anymore, since I drink it everyday I've gotten used to it.
Thanks guys.
Hmmm I might go for Animal Rage instead then.

I still ordered more when I found it for $12. And white flood. And SuperPump. And SizeOn. And I think one more.
C4 at 1 scoop is still. At 2 scoops you're hitting clinically proven amounts of beta-alanine. I don't see anything at all in terms of pump or anything, it's supposed to be an NO3 product. It has caffeine though, and with the tingles I feel like its doing something - I'm just not sure what.
Going back 2 pages.... Story about dude's feet. Picked him up on warrants and lodged him, made him take his boots off and stuff and never noticed anything even though he only has 1 sock on. Since I had gotten called out to go get him, I went back home to eat and pack my lunch, went back 2 hours later.
I wanted to get this guy admitted under the mental health act but it's not easy, so I spend like 3-4 hours writing up this huge report on how he's a danger to himself and others. Finish my report, go check on him, and notice his foot is black. Like.... BLACK. Like the dude on Mr. Deeds. I'm like "take your other sock off for me"............."yeah, I'm gonna be taking you to the hospital".
The guy was completely indifferent. Didn't care. Doctor said he was probably going to lose his feet the next day. Didn't care. Thanked me for being nice.

I've tried a total of 3 preWOs and would rank them as follows
Original Jack3d > C4 > NO-Xplode
Since I couldn't get more of the original jack3d (banned in US), I went for C4 instead, and it's worked out pretty well for me. At the end of my cut I was lacking energy and losing my intensity at the latter end of my workouts, but after beginning to take C4 it seemed to fix the issue for me. Helped me to push through the end of the cut strong, for sure. Would recommend.

When youz guise are at the gym, do you feel the need to help people?
There's this one guy that I always see there in the mornings. He's skinny-fat, doing high reps with low weight, following every bro-science myth i've ever read, and I want to "coach" him so badly.

If you're going to walk up to anyone at a public gym and interject you better be 220 at 8% or you'll be forever known as a *******.

Dont help them unless its for squats or deadlifts where they can cause serious injury.
