worst thing about bulking: always bloated + poop like 3 times a day. but i always look pretty lean after my morning poop which is nice.

i find peace and solace in my daily poop time. i'd almost go so far as to say it's the best 15 minutes of every day.

Must be nice. I'm still lucky to crap twice a week. Today I felt a major crap coming on at work, got on scale (they had a weight loss comp that failed a couple weeks back) and was 192 (w0t?). Crapped, weighed 191.7 First crap in like 4 days.
I'm thinking about trying Gut Health. On another forum I've seen guys talking about using it mainly to help control digestion and gut health (lol) while ON. It's pretty cheap so I may give it a shot. I think I'm gonna do a colon cleanse tommorrow and spend Saturday losing weight yo.~Murray State Crew~

2 craps a week? wtf do u eat man? eat more fiber. my entire diet atm is pretty much meat, dairy, oats, rice, and bread, and gawtdamn it keeps me regular. no vegetables = no care. well, i guess i eat a good amount of tomatoes, but that's it.

That's the thing, I get plenty of fiber I think but there ain't nothing there to come out. When it does happen not much is there. I suspect bull is in the same boat. I eat lots of spinach, and a fair amount of broccoli and beans.

i just told you up there bromo, once every other day. Twice a week on a cut.
Its because there is little waste, despite having enough fiber. Your body is too busy oxidizing the fat it has at a faster rate than the food can accumulate back into lipid form.

this is seriously blowing my mind. i can only remember a few days ever that i didn't poop all day, and i'm sure it was only because i pooped the night before. seriously i can't even imagine, are you guys just not eating that much?

well now i feel like a poop elitist. considering limiting my circle of friends to people who poop at least once a day. of course all females will be exempt from this rule, as they are physiologically incapable of pooping.
