Next time I go to the store I'm going to ask the butcher what % pro/fat the ground beef is, with any luck someone there will speak enough English to give me an answer. The label is all in English but doesn't specify the fat content.

Yeah. I skipped third dose yesterday and felt fine. Slept fine. Took third dose today. We'll see.

Edit: All my doses are half doses the first week.

I went str8 into full doses. I always take my fish oil and have done EC once before with no issues. Will be checking blood pressure every evening.
