2...ass doms are the worst. having to put one hand on the counter and one hand on the wall to try not to slip off toilet while getting up sucks.

Pressing 2 and 3. Quad and hammie doms while walking down stairs. I'd be getting lapped by octogenarians if they could get past me. But as I am supporting my weight with both arms on the handrails, they can't.

I'm with ya dude. The worst is having quads/hams DOMS and working as a waiter. My God my work speed decreases by a good chunk. Dad gets hella pissed at me and I can't explain why LOL

Speaking of work, I hate having off weeks. Me and my brother switch weeks at the restaurant so he's working this week. But on the opposite twist of things, I ****ing hate working at the restaurant because of how stressful my dad makes it and because of how much damage I take to my knees/hips/flexors. There's just no way you can work ergonomically for your joints when you're tending a floor of 45 seats and it's just you.

Damn. Lunch provided by work Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Hawaiian BBQ today. Chicken Teriyaki, Katsu, Rice, and Tuna Macaroni Salad. Can't count it accurately(even with the scale - who knows whats in dat sauce) so I can't eat it. Luckily I am out of office every Wednesday so I only have to resist once a week.

It certainly is getting harder to tell regular from diet pop these days by taste. My folks poured me some diet orange soda when I last visited and I would have sworn up-and-down it was real sugar-pop. I demanded to see the can.

The first dietary change I made was switching to Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. I did it b/c it didn't taste diety...now I prefer the taste of diet in all sodas. In the case of the caffeine free stuff...I just figured it tasted different b/c it was caffeine free. Oh well, no harm; no foul.

1, but it has only happened to me once. They only get sore when they've been neglected for a long long time and then get hit with a lot of volume. But they are the worse. Might as well have removed my legs for several days cause I couldn't walk at all.

Small, good gyms are so hard to find. I wish you the best in finding one! It's hard enough to find a good one to work out in, let alone work in close to home

It doesn't bother me if it's a small gym or not to be honest...I just want to work in fitness and get paid well. I'm going for a BA currently in Sports and Health Sciences and ISSA certification, so it shouldn't be too hard for me to land a job, especially if I'm in shape.
