Hmmm I was craving food/sweets so bad, and just bought a whole bunch of crap (to last me a week or so).. But now I don't feel like eating a bunch of crap anymore lol. Weird. Wondering who I should give my food to so I don't have to throw it away.

I know this feel/10. My dad will usually take my left-over junk from my binges and give them to one of our fav usuals at our restaurant.

LMAO. Brad please explain the thought process you go through to even think of doing something like this? Evil troll haha. Tbh Turkish/Mediterranean food fills me up so damn fast. Not sure why.

I can't say it was all real food, ~400 of it was from egg nog / cream soda. ~1200 from pie / the rest from rice/potatos/meat

So actually a good chunk of it was sweet stuff but still solid food, and a tiny bit from liquids.

Maybe I don't have a problem and my body uses everything that goes into it : DDDD. How else could I have a maintenance of only ~2100 calories!

...or it could just be that you've been on a deficit for a while so you're body is making the most of the additional nutrients and you'll be pooping in the next day or so.

LMAO!!!!!!! Literally grinned my jaw off! Dude almost done my first week of bulking(last week was maintenance) and I have no urges to binge. My brother and cousin tried pretty damn well to convince me to have, in what they call it, a large re-feed lmao. I didn't bite at all. Although I plan to splurge kinda hard during christmas and new years because those are the only 2 days my dad ever gets off in a year and I don't want to even have a thought about macros or calories. Just a nice day. Though I do crave eating food in large quantities(I seriously don't know why) and crave certain foods but I mean I'm on think bulk for another 3 months why can't I just fit it in my macros?
