    Hmmm I was craving food/sweets so bad, and just bought a whole bunch of crap (to last me a week or so).. But now I don't feel like eating a bunch of crap anymore lol. Weird. Wondering who I should give my food to so I don't have to throw it away.

I've been offering my sister to help her with that (a calisthenics routine) but she doesnt want to lol, she says all she wants is to sleep (cos she gets up to breastfeed the baby at night).

    Not really planning on doing anything to counteract yesterday. I sure picked the right time to quit counting calories. I did just fast a couple of hours longer than I normally do, just ate a plate of protein french toast. Hnnnnngh

    The one thing about All Pro's routine that I don't like is the fact that it's only 3x/week, and I have two rest days before being back in the gym. Makes me feel like everything I'm eating is just going to go back into fat. Oh well. At least Sunday is going to be a heavy day.

    How do you make protein french toast? Actually how do you make regular french toast? I tried once and it came out all soggy and gross lol.

    First time making it, came out awesome. I used this bread



    3 egg whites and a scoop of vanilla protein powder mixed up in a bowl, dip the slices in the gooey mixture and throw them on the skillet (medium heat). They only have to cook like 1 minute on each side. Drench in sugar free syrup.

    Right one 3 weeks ago (dont have a similar pose from when I started lifting a month ago) left one from today. Chest grown nearly 4 inches, waist shrunk 3 (growing again now thanks to obliques)
    Theres some more on my progress gallery if yer really interested

    Some of it is probably thanks to the creatine, but hey if I never stop it then its accurate
    Been a pretty awesome change for a 1 month so far, going to be interesting to see how it goes when I start bulking.

    I guess it would be more like a recomp. I'm just thinking that she'll need the extra calories for breastfeeding and I figured she might as well try to put on a little muscle while she's at it. A little strength training would not hurt her at all...in SEVERAL weeks mind you.
