    Well brah, I did eat, after proper calculation, 2800 calories of real food in about 45 minutes.

    I eat whatever whenever but probably somewhere between 150-225 most days. Some days I might only get around 100. I think protein matters more when you're cutting.

    I don't know how you could eat over 6k in a day. ;_;

    The worst I could do is eat a pint of ice cream in about 4 hours bringing it to a 4,500 binge. 6k is possible if throughout the day, but otherwise near impossible for me.

    10k binges are like u wot m8 I don't even.

    def don't think i hit 200g protein today, tried to throw back as much turkey as humanly possible but my god white meat is dry as phuck. considering downing a shake just to be safe. hmmmmm......

    I tend to my turkey all day and its worth it a million times over. Succulent and moist. Sometimes it's even too moist and it dissolves and gets soft as soon as you put it in our mouth. Gotta at least have to chew my food, burns extra calories.

    I covered mine in so much gravy it wouldn't have mattered if it wasn't moist.

    Had a good day, but I had to hold my tongue with my mother-in-law once. She's the "you're getting too skinny" around these parts. Somehow high protein diets came up (apparently she thinks I'm on an Atkins diet or something) and she was trying to convince me that they're unhealthy. I decided to point out that taken to extremes anything can be unhealthy and pretty much kept my mouth shut after that.

    Why 200g protein? Overkill. .8 is more than reasonable on a bulk.

    more protein=more gains and size regardless of calorie intake

    clinical trials have shown only 3g protein per day were needed for rats to make muscular gains with a high blueberry diet

    There's a certain threshold in which after it's useless to try and eat more. I think some of it is subjective, if you recover fine at your current intake than that might be an indicator of adequate protein intake. I recovered from my workouts just great on 1800 at 180g.

    Edit: Mind you I was doing more than optimal volume and squatting/dead x2 a week on a 5 day split.
