Nothing special. I was aggressive (1,000 below TDEE), but I was basically doing IIFYM and didn't know that's what it was called for a while. Lifted 3x weekly doing SL 5x5 for most of it. Basically no cardio b/c of the large deficit.
I also took a splurge/cheat/binge day once a month and gave myself 3500 calories plus whatever I was cutting at.

Our contribution to Thanksgiving was shrimpseseseseses, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Pear Crumble, Ice Cream, and booze. Gonna binge like a motha today and this weekend and start cutting Monday :P

Those last few bites of pie physically fuked me over.
Expanded my stomach to where it hurt. I don't think I've ever eaten this much in one sitting, and that includes when I was obese.
I look pregnant.
