Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

When I cut, I pretty much eat whey, whey, whey, and then crap. As long as I hit my protein numbers and eat below my calories, I'm happy. Usually I have no problems hitting fat numbers on a weekly average basis. MoM, my variance is less than 10% for fat and protein, but it's the carbs that are all over the place.

"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

Chicken breast, frozen veggies, brown rice, and whey protein. I know it's bro food, but it's just too faking complicated to track all that other shiz.

Lol. I tried to get the healthiest thing on the menu but I still went off my diet...
Wish I had some chocolates/sweets at home to satisfy my sweet tooth still. Supermarkets are already closed.
What is that cake? And cookies with whipped cream? Looks good man. I love sweets.
