Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Announcement
Staying with family on out of town trip for the week.
I told my grandmother that i count calories to which she replied, "you know, you are supposed to drink 2-3 alcoholic beverages within 2 hrs after dinner because the alcohol wont allow your body to absorb those calories."
What is this i dont even?
Does she think that your stomach and gi tract get hammered and just take the night off?
Edit: Anyways, now you guys know how things work, go have fun eating whatever you want, then getting hammered, and getting shredded.

Yeah, they do look bigger than 14.5".
Hell, if you had pulled down your shorts and started thinking real hard about Scarlet Johanson, I might have mistaken you for Bullrider.

The Walking Dead is one of my favourite series. Season 3 is excellent, quite spooky. Season 2 was slow, but many series follow this route. Season 1 was excellent. Highly recommend it.
Breaking Bad is by far the best series I've seen in a long, long time. Game of Thrones again, very good. Three of my favourite.Currently cutting.

Nooo, don't give up hope. Acquire more mass.
Yeah I'm bulking, have been for the past 10 weeks. I'm living in Spain until February, and then off to Italy so I decided to just enjoy 'life' over here. I've eaten well, and reasonable. I stepped on the scale this morning and I've gained 9 -11lbs in the past 10 weeks. I'm playing a lot of football/soccer over here, which I think is keeping me lean-ish. My lifts have gone up tenfold;
Bench press has gone from 72.5kg, to 85kg.
Deadlift from 130kg to 142.2kg.
Squats from 92.5kg to 107.5kg (very pleased about this).
Body weight is roughly 65kg, so in terms of percentage to body weight ratio, I'm not doing too bad for just under two years of lifting. One whole year spent ridding myself of 65lbs of sheer blubber.
As well as other exercises, used for hypertrophy. Some very nice gains and hopefully that shows in my new AVI. Planning to continue bulking until 28th of January, so that will be a 20 week bulk overall. Currently on a deload week, and feel more refreshed and energetic already. After the bulk, I'll aim to drop 15lbs, hoping that anything between 4-8lbs of the overall weight will be muscle, as I'm still young and full of testosterone.
Cute dog, and mirin' Ice Cream.Currently cutting.

Hey chat,
Just demolished 3/4 of a stuffed crust pizza with two IPAs, had half a Lindt Intense Orange chocolate bar and a cappucino that turned out awesome.
Fuuuuar, feels like old times. I'm back in the gym tomorrow and going to be back to counting my cals - right after Thanksgiving and before I get too crazy with my celebration. Going out to see the new James Bond flick tonight.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS

Awesome workout today. Just had so much energy that I just shredded through all my workouts.
On another note, I'd never tried iso-lateral incline/decline chest presses. Tried them after all my workouts because I still felt pretty energetic and pumped. After some warm-ups, I ended up with about 70lbs on each side. But after a couple of sets, my shoulders started acting tweaky. But overall, it was a good workout, and my chest is incredibly sore (in a good way).
And today was just bizarre: some girl saw me doing squats on the rack and asked me if I could show her how to squat. Her friend had given her a set of workouts, and all she had were YouTube videos and no clue on how to do them. As I'm showing her, this random chubby dude walks up to her and starts telling her how the squat rack is absolutely unsafe and that she should do all workouts on the Smith Machine. I think that was his attempt at flirting, but either way, it was just weird. She kept trying to avoid him all evening.

LOL! Nah, he wasn't that bad -- he just was one of those guys who does nothing but arms, and with a noticeable gut and almost no legs/calves to speak of.
It was just bizarre. It's as if the dude couldn't get a clue that she wasn't interested. And when she walked away, he kept trying to talk to me, even though I had my earphones on. I mean, if you want to talk, join a knitting club -- I'm there to work out, m*****f****r.
