Just ordered my creatine, should be here by Friday. Hopefully it mixes in my shake well. If not I don't know how the hell I'm going to take it.

If it ruins your shake, just put it in a little water, choke it down, add a little more water to the sludge, choke it down, repeat if necessary. Rinse mouth out afterwards so you don't have little pieces of creatine-sand wedging between your teeth. It's not pleasant, but it only 20 seconds of unpleasantness.
Better than ruining your food.
Some people administer dry, with a spoon, I think I would need to visit the vomitorium.

My favorite troll advice:
HIIT bro, do HIIT. You'll get shredded, cause of the GH spike.
IF bro, IF. You'll get shredded. You get a GH spike.
IIFYM brah. Eat whatever you want - I eat six pop-tarts a day!

Be sure to wear your most obnoxious tank-top, like one from the 80's era BBers.
Make sure you do a lot of front-double bicep poses in front of the mirror. Kiss your bicep peaks for good measure. Mix it up with the occasional MM pose.
Grunt like you have never grunted before. In fact, explore grunt/swearing combinations, like MOTHER FUUUUUUURRRGGGGGHHH!! And C*CK SUUUURRRGGHHHER!
Make sure you take your intra-workouts, at least 3-4 doses space throughout. Mix them up while seated on the leg-extension machine - tell anyone who wants to work in to go eff themselves. It's best to rage after you consume them, it helps with the ATP dispersion.

In all fairness, all of those three help, when done properly.
HIIT is great in that you can burn a lot more calories in the shortest time possible compared to other workouts.
IF just conditions your body to eating regularly -- I don't think IF needs to be restricted to 2 meals, even. It's more psychological I suppose in helping you manage hunger.
IIFYM? I tried following meal plans and assorted nonsense before I knew any better. They are great, but are not sustainable in the long term. IIFYM, in contrast, is a very practical and realistic approach to manage your diet.

Believe me, I agree there is nothing wrong with adopting any of those approaches/strategies. I do hard intervals. I do what is referred to as IIFYM, pretty much always have. I occasionally IF. It's just if you have been reading the main forum for the past year or two, you will see people cite these things (and generally without further explanation) as if they are magical, all-problem-solving strategies. If pressed, they will throw out some studies showing temporarily elevated GH level and then say, "See, look, the GH spike will make blah blah blah* possible". Sure, there is evidence of a GH spike, but zero evidence on what that means, just a lot of wishful thinking.
IIFYM has been a strategy long, long before somebody came up with the term IIFYM, yet so many people make it into something new and revolutionary. And just saying "IIFYM, dude!" leaves out something pretty important: what macros?
*bla bla bla = a number of claims, including stubborn fat elimination, muscle sparing under enormous chronic deficits, etc.
