Watching the movie Prometheus right. What a pile of horsesh*t. Alien was an awesome sci-fi horror movie, Aliens an awesome sci-fi action movie. Both easily in my top 20.
Prometheus has an great special effects, I just don't give a damn about what happens to any of the characters. They all are boring or *******s.
Can't believe it got like 75% at RT.
Moreover I can't believe I put it in my Netflix queue. I already saw this pile at the theater. I guess I thought it might be better the second time around, somehow more enlightening. Wrong.

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Special effects, set design, things like the Prometheus Space ship itself, costumes, tech, all stupendously awesome. Bonerific, even. I can't even say the acting was terrible, just the characters themselves were so bland.
When I watched Alien or Aliens, I was always thinking, “Gee, I hope so-and-so doesn't get face-raped! He/she seems like a likable guy/gal!”
With this movie, I was hoping that they'd step up the face-rapings and put an end to it.
I have Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer on my queue - says there is a long wait. I got all excited a month or so ago when I thought they had it on the streaming side, but it was something like Abraham Lincoln Zombie Killer, really lame.

Sorry about that memcop.
Hey girl, how have you been doing? When are your PT classes over? If it were me, I'd finish those and then look for an internship...only so I wouldn't go there completely clueless. Am thinking about getting a low level certification (eventually going for an ISSA cert) and then trying to find a job in fitness too. The work I do now is ok...but not really of my interests.

Hey I'm good, how about you, how's the cut going?
Well they didn't really give much info before we started but during my first class it became clear to me I actually need the internship and finish the assignments to be able to take the exam, but the other people there said I should just be able to walk in and get started somewhere, because I will be working for free I guess it's easy? I hope so at least. The PT classes are once a week, and during the week you have to do the internship assignments and study I guess, prepare for the exams. My exam is december 21st.
I want to get an ISSA certification for international work abroad too but I am working on a dutch one now. For ISSA you have to take an online exam and you can just study at home which is convenient since I don't have to go on a plane somewhere to take the exam lol.

Is at at standstill for now...will resume after Thanksgiving. Dad decided to come all of a sudden and is bringing some Venison, so plan on splurging until Monday.

I like ISSA for that reason too...can do everything at home
