That feel when you frequently have dinners that are from the meat market and have no label what so ever and you have to try and track down calories.
It's just meat so it has no carbs, so that rules out 1, but what about the other 4 ;_;
Ps; I set all of them to 8-9oz, if you're familiar with MFP sometimes it doesn't show that way depending on how the user entered it.
I figured a medium bone would be about 4-5oz as well.

The generic entries on MFP are probably from nutritiondata.com as most of them are.
However nutrition data can be incredibly inaccurate too. Their chicken breast stuff is way off compared to the actual label on basically any packaged boneless skinless chicken breasts. Mainly because a lot of their stuff is weighed under cooked which differs drastically.

god, mfp, livestrong and all those other sites suck for reliability, anyone can just enter whatever they want, ive seen so many inconsistencies in everything there.
I love how when i can read a nutrition label, a site will say something completely different, fuggin trolls entering incorrect info.
There are other sites that have actual laboratory tested calorie measurements out there but nutrition data is the best for things like meat.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Don't use entries people put in, find the label of whatever product your using specifically and stop going off of nutritiondata.com and people's entries and you won't have this problem.
Let me reiterate the fact that nutritiondata.com's meat entries can be terribly inaccurate.

LOL! Well, every time I visit the wife's family in Oklahoma, they have fresh venison or wild hogs. Absolutely uncontaminated and really nicely cooked. Stew? I'm all for southern style roasted meat, or slow cooked over a nice spitfire.
But can't bring myself to hunt, ever. Besides, my aim is so terrible that you may as well lock Dick Cheney and me up in a room and let us take care of each other.

i dont use those sites...i eat foods with nutrition labels and stuff i can measure and find on government sites with correct info.
IIFYM is stupid, reading nutrition labels is the way to go and the only reliable way instead of some random dude's incorrect information that is submitted. I only eat whole foods and stuff with labels anyhow, if you eat the same stuff you will figure out the calorie content anyhow, its hard to screw it up.
Also if you call a company odds are they dehydrated their food, burned it, and have an accurate calorie and macro readout if it doesnt have a label but the FDA does a good job of making sure that info is available nowadays.
