Try and Hold Me Back
So I just did a shortened 8x8 today, arms and bench. Holy chit dat pump. taped my arms at 18". They w0t? They are right at 17 cold. Insane pump. Tris are looking thick as fuark. Look forward to running this for 6-12 weeks.
