Pretty much this. There are few things that have the well-rounded awesomeness as full-fat GY.

TBH, I've only had greek yogurt 1X other than when visiting folks. I am an egg and oat pancakes for breakfast kind of guy.
Greek yogurt would be too much of an attractive nuisance for me when cutting.

I love FFGY when cutting, 200g with some frozen blueberries and Splenda is only about 200 calories, delicious, and way more satiating to a hungry stomach than 200cal of B&Js.

In all honesty a 5'2 100 pound female isnt really going to be able to defend much against a 6 foot 190 pound guy, the best bet is to get good at running, especially sprinting. Even a girl who takes martial arts isnt going to stand a chance against a guy in a fight, especially when fists are involved since women are a lot weaker even when they know how to punch and it just wont do any reasonable amount of damage in addition to being able to take less damage than a guy is able to.
Even for a guy, the smartest thing to do is carry a gun to kill someone attacking you (legitimate self desense) or just run away. Learning how to use a firearm is your best friend, nobody in their right mind is going to continue to do whatever it is they are doing when they are staring down the barrel of a loaded gun.
For fun purposes, judo is pretty neat, it teaches you to take down people who are bigger than you but on the street martial arts dont have a practical use when fists are involved.
Nothing left to fear.

That's why I recommended Krav Maga to her...it's Israeli hand to hand combat and it's effective even for someone who is fighting a much bigger opponent who has a weapon. I do agree that running is probably better than anything though lol. Carrying a gun isn't realistic for her since they are illegal in Europe, but pepper spray and sprinting is probably a good way to stay safe.

Why?
Not sure about the gun laws in the Netherlands but they are quite strict here. Semi-auto handguns are a complete no go, I think they can only be owned by gun clubs and can never leave the grounds. You can have shotguns and semi-auto rifles but need to go through all kinds of background checks, besides, you can't exactly carry one of those with you.

That feel when you're unsure what the fat content of your angus ground beef is so you just assume it's 80%protein/20%fat and your lunch is a huge portion of meatloaf
edit: (and yes my angus was peppered, also garlic salted)

I wish Costco had the 2%, I can only get it on sale at the grocery store, otherwise I get the 0% at Costco.

I dunno. Bro meal for dinner with chicken breast and veggies I suppose. Not too worried about getting too much dietary fat but damn. I like to try to keep things somewhat in proportion!
Next time I go to the store I'm going to ask the butcher what % pro/fat the ground beef is, with any luck someone there will speak enough English to give me an answer. The label is all in English but doesn't specify the fat content.
