I have no idea where that # came from but it's wrong. 120 is all I can do. Shoulder issues left over from playing goalie in college and beforehand. Updated.

Really need to get on top of my diet now that things have settled down a bit..I took some pics post workout. I can tell my head is way to big for my body, so I need to bulk up tremendously. I need a bigger core, chest, arms to even my proportions out imo.
i'm extremely lanky, so I look really skinny even when I was at 200lbs. I think I might need to get to 225 to look like I fill out my frame.
gonna post a pic later and u guys tell me if u think i'm right.
edit; oh also weighed myself today..first time in a month. between 184-185. i've basically just been eating between 1500-2k cals a day, but i'm sure with all the food I ate today and water, i'm probably down to 182 or so..
Ugh... that sucks but I'm sure you'll get back to where you were fairly quickly. Post pics... you don't look lanky at all in your avi.

Well not really unhealthy, just calorie dense. Involves alot of cream, sour cream, black currant juice(squash) and flour to dense it up, served with potatoes, warm bread and cranberry jam.

Not so bad for rifle hunting, gotta do a written test, mostly animal recognition etc. and shooting test. Im hoping they allow bow hunting here soon, want to take my compound out for a hunt Rifles and ammo are very expensive here. Like everything else in norway....
Btw anyone have insane guilt when planning a cheat meal ? I had to do 90min of cardio to allow myself to binge on the awesome pizza I made! Was suppose to be rest day

Nah man. The only thing that matter is if you lose weight at the end of the week. Get your binge on and then get back to the grind.

About 43 or 44 kg. Should be done cutting soon, just a few patches of fat left to get rid of. Want to get rid of the stubborn fat before I bulk.
Starting to feel tiny now tho, so hopefully wont be long untill I can bulk up

Wow, had no idea you lost that much...you definitely look tiny in comparison! Waist is getting nice and slim.

Yup used to be a big fatty, was around 130kg at max in **** shape after nearly a year of not doing much apart from enjoying my headaches.
Think when I started I could do like 10min max on the exercise bike
Waist was getting slim, now it's just getting nice and bigger, obliques and abs growing like mad for some reason. beginner gains I guess.
