So with workin all this overtime I'm having a real hard time not eating fast food. That's really stupid though because I have a bunch of food prepared for the week.

Wrk, seriously don't do that. I'm telling you from my very strong experience of going off diet multiple, uncountable times. Stay on your diet. If you're letting the food waste and or not hitting your macros with fast food than you're burning your wallet big time.

Getting Myself Back.
Well, off to the gym. Shoulders/triceps. Going to start doing OHP again as it'll likely be easier for me to P/O and I've stalled on 55x5x5 for a long time now. Lower back + abs pain here I come. . . this will not end well with excruciating legs doms.

I have a question too.
Should I leave weighted pushups before OHP or switch it up and do OHP first then weighted pushups. Because my OHP isn't moving very much.

Do you mean 55kg? Just wondering because I can do 3 sets of 12 x 45lb in standing OHP (barbell)...so would be very surprised if I can do close to what you can. If it's kg, disregard

Serp I just bursted out in laughter at the gym man LMFAO! I'm sure people think I'm mental now.
Miss - it's 55lb dumbell press, today I did 115lbs for 5 reps then proceeded 4 more sets at 105lbsx4x5
Yeah my form is iffy but I reckon it'll take just a bit of time to get it down.

That feel when you OHP more than me.
Edit: In my defense I hit failure multiple times with weighted pushups before I hit dat OHP. : D It's like pushing up a feather with burnt out muscles. Feels more like CNS work than strength training.

I'm not SURE if I'd want to. If I was never fat at 12 years old my life would be very different. Perhaps for the best but I've... learned(?) a lot.
I missed the social glory of being aesthetic at ages 15-20 but... I'm not sure if I'd change it.
