Fuark I'm hungry...
I need to stop eating cake.
Edit:
I have another dilemma... I can't squat... How the FUARK am I going to do leg day tomorrow if I can't squat.
It hurts when I get to parallel and put force on it. (Contract quad) If I went lower like I always do my knee would explode.

Okay, I just had the unhealthiest food imaginable: Domino's bread bowl with pasta (which is essentially pizza topped with pasta and weddings).
And some protein shake. Feel stuffed.

I kinda like the conditioning circuits Im doing to ease back into lifting. May do them every other day instead of 3 times a week. It should still leave sufficient time for recovery.

Mmmm. Talenti, cake, and pizza. I'm now more hungry. And just incredibly thirsty. And this is after I just chugged an entire large 48 oz. bottle of coconut water.
So much potassium!

This fitness thing is warping my sense of reality. All of these muscular guys I see look "normal" to me now. I'm talking 17 inch biceps looking normal.
I DON'T EVEN...
What would impress me a long time ago doesn't even come near what impresses me now.

Can't wait for tomorrow!
@ Vox... best of luck with the interview today. If you can tolerate some unsolicited advice, I always like to ask the following question:
"Is there anything in my background or experience that would prevent me from being a viable candidate for this position?"
They may respond with something like "We are looking for someone having more experience with xxxxx" and you can respond "I actually worked a little bit with xxxx on the side even though it isn't shown on my resume". By asking the question, you at least have the ability to confront any shortfalls they may see rather than leaving without it being addressed and them throwing your resume aside as a result.

(Attempted) Rep for strong interview advice. I've always had more luck in interview being the aggressor as opposed to the firing range that is "the interview process" today

Reps are going up though without a doubt.
Chest is looking solid. Looks leaner in the middle and more size in the upper. You could probably stop working arms so much as they look bigger than everything else.

I agree. Definitely need to build up core/chest.
How's those legs moore?
Think I'm gonna hit the gym today even though I'm on the tail end of my flu/cold. Been about 12 days since I lifted..I am going crazy without the weights.

12 days? Sucks you were sick that long. Might be good to get in and do a full body workout to get into the swing of it.

Yea I get the same exact flu every year..ever since I was a kid. I get it bad for 3 days, then the rest of the time is the coughing fits at night. (post nasal drip). Just gotta ride it out. No amount of medicine makes it go away..sucks.
My workout is almost always full body 2-3x/week. I need a pump all over to feel accomplished :/

6am-10pm feeding window
Double Standard
Is it just me or does anybody else notice that when we see posters say that they are going to embark on a cut where they will lose 3lbs per week and drop nearly 50lbs in 4 months, we tell them that it is too fast and they will lose too much lbm if they do it that way....Run a smaller deficit we say.
But if a poster says that he has already done a cut where they lost 3lbs per week and dropped nearly 50lbs in 4 months, we tell them "Great work!"
I sometimes wonder if it is better to cut hard and fast so you can quickly get back to bulking or if it makes sense for a moderate deficit to be run and to cut for twice the amount of time in hopes that less lbm will be lost.
Just typing out loud here...wot?

Why?
I'd say that overall the loss of LBM thing is blown way out of proportion. Some people tell people that have only been lifting for 6 months to take it slower because they will lose LBM. Come on, they have been lifting for 6 months, how much LBM do they think they have gained? Adequate protein intake + lifting = no need to worry about it in this situation.
