This if my first real go at all pros and lifting in general and I want to make sure its proper.
Here is what I did Tuesday beginning of my cycle granted my weight is weak but that's why im doing it right.
SQUAT I did two warm up sets with the bar then I did 2x8 with 80lbs
Bench press I used dumb bells because I didn't feel comfortable floor pressing without a rack or bench I did 2x8 with 40lbs on each dumb bell
Barbell row I did two warm up sets with the bar and did 2x8 with 82lbs
Over head press I did 2x8 with 60lbs
Stiffed leg dead lifts I did 2x8 with 185lbs
Curls I did 2x8 with just the 45lb bar
Was I correct in running the first day right? I did this Tuesday today is Wendsday a rest day,thursday I use 90% less weight but use the same formula with with same reps correct?
