Theory of Uniform Weight Distribution of Lifting
After years of research into youtube and observing different lifting techniques my crew Team Mass has determined the ultimate way to build chest.
Have you noticed that curlers at the curl rack have a tendency to load the barbell to the brim with many smaller weights opposed to one large weight? Have you seen the mad gains they normally get from curling in the rack? These brahs are onto something. This is called physics.
See with one large weight you're focusing all the weight into one area causing unhealthy pressure to build. This pressure destroys shoulders. View pic.
This is dangerous. You're slowly destroying you body.
Here is the correct form to add weight to your bar. View pic.
Here you see that the weight is evenly distributed along the entire bar. You're NOT putting focusing pressure in only one area. These are the setups that allow you to maximize your gains. Because there are more weights spread out your body goes into awareness mode forcing the complete Pectoralis muscle to execute the lift. Pic:
Why do you think its called 'adding weight'? This is the same reason you those jacked guys curling the curl rack with their bars racked.
