    2 or 3 sets of deadlift?

    Right now im doing 2x5 dl, should i make it 3 sets or is it fine at 2?

    Personally, I think two sets is not enough volume for me especially if I'm only doing 5 reps per set but if you're happy with the progress you are making with two sets, by all means continue.

    if its for strength and your numbers are going up just as you planned I wouldn't change anything. If its not broke don't fix it. one max set is enough for me to make strength gains.

    I never feel like i'm able to actually push myself if I do more than 1 working set. Just feel exhausted, weak as **** and feels like a waste of time.
