I think tropical fruit would be an awesome flavor!

I think a grass fed blend of isolate and concentrate from more natural sources and forms like hemp and goats milk would be awesome! Especially like a balanced post protein! Equal high glycemic carbs with protein. And off course add in some EAA's and BCAA's with a lil glutamine!

I would love to see a full scale and complete exercise data base! One that even breaks down better exercises for different muscle goals!

As far as your other questions go, I wish I knew more about here and need to hang out more!
You would think that bb.com started on the internet! :P
