I think this story smells of bull****, what do you think:
Just so you know this is what his training method isOK, when I started doing the rest pause sets 2 weeks ago I was benching 215 7 times.
Today I go in there and work out. Everything increased. I will tell ya about bench because that is what everyone knows more about.
I did 135 12 times. Then I did 185 10 times. I put on my 215 for the rest pause set and my goal was 8-9 reps. I got to rep #7 and I stopped because I wanted to look at the bar to make sure I had 215 on there I was holy hell, this **** is light. I threw 225 on there. I did that 8 times, then waited 11breaths did it 5 times then 3 times then 1 times. I couldn't ****ing believe it. I am going to work out with 235 next chest day.
I also started this workout and I average 5 meals a day. Eat one meal in the lunch room then 3 hours later have a can of tuna and a power bar then dinner then tuna and powerbar then midnight chow then maybe tuna before I go to bed.
with what i know now if i was a beginner this would be my routine- split in 2 days 2days on, 1 day off
day 1
squats x 4
benchpress x 4
shoulder press x 4
day 2
deadlifts x 4
pullups x 4
barbell bicep curl x 4

It's just this guy is claiming these big gains in bench. While doing very little supporting workouts like on tris and such. And also saying he has gained 20 lbs in two months and gotten ripped at the same time.
He is on a military diet also since he is stationed in the mideast. I've known this guy for years and when he was in football after 4 years of it his max bench was 215lbs. It just doesn't sound right, ya know?
